Trials and previews

Trials or preview features are provided so you can evaluate Numora before committing to a paid plan.

Subscription refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, unless required by law or approved by Nebulix after review.

If you believe there was a billing error, contact us promptly with the workspace, invoice, and payment details.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription according to the subscription terms. Cancellation normally stops renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period.

Custom work

Implementation, migration, customization, training, or consulting fees may be governed by a separate written agreement and may not be refundable once work starts.
