Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Numora by Nebulix, including the public website, trial workspace, paid plans, exports, documents, accounting automation, AI-assisted features, and support services.

Service provider
Numora is operated by Nebulix Technologies FZE LLC. References to Numora, Nebulix, we, us, or our mean the operator of the product and its authorized service providers.
Customer responsibility
Numora is accounting workflow software. You remain responsible for reviewing entries, VAT returns, payroll outputs, reports, exports, documents, AI suggestions, and compliance submissions before relying on them.
You should obtain professional accounting, tax, legal, payroll, or audit advice where required. Numora does not replace a licensed advisor.
Account access
You must provide accurate account and company information, protect login credentials, and only invite authorized users.
You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace unless caused by a proven platform security failure.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, upload illegal content, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service to harm Nebulix, other customers, or third parties.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or remove features to protect security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
